Inconvenience in Mumbai 1st class coach.

It has been observed that in Mumbai local ladies 1st class coach there is no proper seats provided. In all the locals compartment ladies First class boogie are having only 13 pessengers seat and the boogie is also soo small. Is this the equality?. Ladies are also paying the same amount of rupees for issuing the Tickets/ Passes but they are unable to avail the benefits of those. Request you to kindly look into this matter and make the necessary amendments.
Complaint Against / To: Indian Railways for not increasing the first class ladies coaches.
