I have returned the faulty part by India post from my own expenses.
even though they are not responding
this is a fraud website.
Same issue I m facing
Waiting for an email, daily checking my mailbox.
email is bounced back, they stop responding.
Trying to reach customer care, but no satisfactory answer.
My money is locked with them.
