I Am Bluffed by The just dial Agent.

My profile is Registered under the name 'Aakriti Architects' Wakad Branch on Just dial This profile was Register by Just dial Agent name Anil Wadve. He gave me false information regarding ESC transitions, He told me that I have to pay two months Amount as Advance paymet for the Service and then The "First ESC" will be deducted Two months after the registration and Inital two months service will be provided against the advance amount paid my me. When I paid The amount he immediately changed this words and said That I will be charged ESC right away from first month. I am not at all comfortable with this at all, I only Registered because I was assured by Anil that the ESC will be active after two months from registration that is August end.
Transaction was made on 22 June 2022
I have proof of false information provided by the Agent. I have WhatsApp chats as proof between the Agent and me where you can clear see that he has committed me wrongly about the ESC deduction date. I am attaching the transaction details and screen shot of the WhatsApp chats as mention above.
I am also attaching the screen shot of the Email which Mr. Sahil Khan Just Dial Pune Branch manager sent me regarding Refund of my money. I request the concerned officials of the company to look into this matter urgently and Refund my Amount. This has caused me a serious headache, I request you to provide me relief by refunding me my amounts which was falsely and unethically charged. Keep your reputation to Mark by satisfying my Request.
