I had my delivery on 4.o6.2020. Cordlife India was suppose to collect stems cells for my baby. I had well informed them the details,yet they did not come to the hospital to collect it. On calling them before my OT ,they replied we forgot ,we are sorry .
On asking them to compensate for my loss, they have asked me to accept their apologies and have provided me with few discount coupons. Their careless attitude can't be bought by some discount coupons.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Greetings from Cordlife.

    At the onset, thank you for your mail to us on date 8th August, 2020.

    However, considering the current working conditions in this pandemic environment, we regret the delay in responding to your communication.

    To synopsize the entire matter for our mutual understanding, we have entered into an agreement towards storing your baby’s sample which entitled us to collect the sample at the time of delivery.
    While we appreciate and understand that though communications transpired amongst both parties towards such collection however, the collection was missed due to multiple circumstances considering this catastrophic passé.

    As a fallout in such an event of such failure and to comply to agreed norms, as per policy, we ensured immediately to arrange refund of the collected enrolment fees, which was processed on the 9th of July, 2020, bearing transaction reference number CITIN20095928144, of an amount INR 5300, which you have acknowledged. Thank you!

    We anticipate you would also appreciate and understand that the contract entered upon terminates immediately on non-collection of the sample due to any reason, as per defined clause in the agreement, mutually agreed and hence signed thereon.

    From Cordlife we appreciate in you making us aware of your undesirable experience, hence as a gesture towards goodwill we are glad to have extended our token of gratitude for the entire family with gesture hampers and vouchers, shipped over Bluedart, which we appreciate your receipt on date 1st July, 2020. Thank you again for your kind confirmation!

    We value our relationship and hence look forward to associate ahead, should there be an opportunity.
