Charging Extra Price than MRP

Hi,I hv purchased 2 Choco Bar IceCreams from a vendor from Salt lake, Sec-V,Kolkata-700091,West Bengal, Near-RDB . I was shocked to see that he charged me Rs.10 extra for 2 ice creams. It is clearly mentioned in the wrapper that the cost is Rs. 20/- but he took Rs.50/- for 2 IceCreams. When I charged him for it he gladly said that company knows all this things and he has been told by the company to charge extra. What kind of mockery is this ? Is this the new way that your company opted to earn money from the Customers ?
