Please note that on 20th May 2020 Vodafone tower's huge portion broke down on our rooftop. The tower is situated on Mitali appartment Maheshtala Kolkata 700141 (Beside Maheshtala Police Station) which was serviced by Indus towers. Due to this incident we have faced heavy damage in our appartment. The portion of 4th floor on which the tower fell is badly damaged with huge cracks internally which are very much visible. Water tank is in very critical & poor condition due to this incident. Please help us in this situation. We want strongly you people to dismantle the tower & shift it from here as we don't want it anymore in our life. This tower not only created this loss but due to this tower flat members are facing serious health hazards also. The tower was very poorly maintained. Service team don't take care of this tower as well as we got the broken screws & leftovers which were in very bad condition. They were with full of rust which consequenced this accident.We require compensation from your end to make up this heavy loss. Till now there has been no site visit from Indus towers managers to measure the damage & only half of the damaged portions have been shifted from top of the tower by the field workers.
