denying payment received online

On 29-12-2016 I ordered life saving medicines for my 80 year old mother and paid Rs 923.8 by debit card through the Payu link sent by them.As I made the payment netmeds accepted it as successful.
The next day when i enquired about the delivery of my ordered medicines,they denied having received the payment and asked me to submit a proof of the payment , my bank account statement.I immediately sent them the copy of my bank account statement.
Since then I have written to them multiple times but they just send me an automated response with a ticket number promising to reply in 24 hrs.Sir, now 46 hours have passed but they have not replied.I feel frustrated,cheated and harassed.My mother badly needs her medicines,sir please help me.
