Rude behaviour of Dr Akshitha

Myself pavan kumar residing at bolarum and in emergency we brought our uncle Krishna to Gandhi hospital on 27th Feb 2022 due to paralysis of right hand and leg and blood clot in the brain which was confirmed by Cantonment hospital and they referred to Gandhi hospital and I requested Dr Akshitha to provide an approval of CT SCAN of complete head but she refused and was rude and improper behaviour with the patient attendents and there is no procedure from doctor and CT scan needs to be done but they refer for ECG and chest x ray.

I request higher authority to look into this matter and do needful. I will be waiting for your response at earliest.
