I was employed with Property Xpo from August 2025 and formally resigned on 2nd December 2025 based on mutual understanding.
Despite completing all formalities, my pending salary for 17–18 working days has not been cleared. I have been consistently following up for over 5 months, but no payment has been received to date.
Initially, I was assured that the payment would be processed in the December salary cycle, which was later extended to January, then February, and subsequently March. However, these commitments have not been honored.
I have already raised this issue on the Samadhan Labour Portal with the following details:

WhatsApp Communication Records
Salary Discussion Proofs
I request the concerned Labour Department to kindly intervene and take appropriate action to ensure the release of my pending salary at the earliest.
Timely payment of salary is a fundamental employee right and delays of this nature create financial and personal hardship.
I hope the management resolves this matter at the earliest.
