I was traveling from Chandigarh to jammu . conductor charged extra money from me and fellow passange

On 23 jun I was travelling from Chandigarh to jammu..but there was no bus available for jammu.one Punjab roadways bus was there and conductor asked for money i gave him 500 rupee note nd he took all the money and said I'll let u reach jmu by another bus it's our responsibility. After reaching pathankot I asked for my money he said go and sit on Himachal roadways bus and I am coming there. I sat on bus.he didn't come and disappeared. Then Himachal roadways conductors came nd asked for money to take ticket . All of us said that it's his responsibility he took money from us. But Himachal roadways conductors said we are two different branches so it's not our responsibility. We took the another ticket from this bus also. Please take strict action against him.
