It is to draw your attention Regarding Mental Harrassment and verbal Releiving of Hardeep Singh Dhillon S/o S. Jaspal Singh who joined SRM Global Group of Institute as an A.P ECE Deptt, by Er. Roshan Lal Jindal, Chairman SRM Global Group of Institute Khora Bhura Tehsil- Naraingarh (AMBALA) on 18 November 2015 without any valid reason and prior Notice.

This Institute was set up under MAHA PRABHU SHREE RAM MULKH Hitech Educational Society (FKA Shree Ram Mulkh Institute of Engg & Tech.

Also I want to brought to your notice that this institute during my early months illegally deduct Rs 15,000 from my four months salary by blackmaling me that if I want to continue my job here I have to deposit this said amount as cash from my salary.

Moreover I got admitted in Part Time PhD ECE from CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY Gharuan MOHALI on 1 September 2015. I was given verbal permission to attend my PhD Course work from 1 Sep to 31 Oct 2015 but Management deducted my 5+7=12 days double salary i.e 24 days salary amount in cash for month of Sep and Oct 2015.

Since my 24 days salary i.e 24×500= 12,000 Rs and November Month Salary i.e 21,600 Rs has not been credited in my Account till date so Credit total amount 48600 Rs and 18% interest of 1.5 year in my SBP SSI Dera Bassi bank A/C No 55029501224, having IFSC Code STBP0000654.

So Kindly direct concerned Authority to stop blackmailing me and resolve this issue by intervening in this harassment matter of dispute created by the SRM Global Group of Institute.

Also make sure take some preventive steps and give strict instructions to the concern Institute Management not to repeat this kind of mental harassment to any faculty member in future.
