Regarding agreement of Service between Employee and Employer working in SIPRA LABS LTD

I am CH.Naresh kumar working in SIPRA LABS LTD, IDE, Sanathnagar, Adjacent to Post Office, Hyderabad.Telangana-500018.

At the joining time, they asked 3years of service, for that security purpose they asked My all original Certificates. Now I don't want to continue in this Employer. When i am asked about my Certificates, They are asking Rs.1,00,000/-(1 Lakh rupees).

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
