Paid money , but no job, I applied for a job (SMS part time work )on clickindia.

Good morning sir /madam,

I am safa from Mangalore.
I applied for a job (SMS part time work )on clickindia.
Regarding this, I contacted one employer name Mr.Anand Sharma,
And then I paid the registration fees 1500 rs...after that I paid 5500 rs (he told it's a refundable amount ).again I paid 1320 rs (courier charge for sending mobile and all..).he said to me like that.I have attached screenshot of paid money.
Respected sir/madam,
After taking money from me,I didn't receive any courier at all,and nothing at all.
So,I tried to contact him.But then ,he blocked my number .
Sir/madam, he took money and he didn't respond to me.what should I do?
All calls with him it's recorded.He completely blocked my both numbers.
Kindly help me out sir.
