Non receipt of salary

Dear sir/Madam, i was working with a Korean company having a indian operation at Hyderabad in the name of ATID india pvt ltd. I was working a period of more tyan a year and paid not as per offer when enquired i was informed that company is running in losses and will be closing the ind8an operation shortly. We were informed by the employer that our dues will be cleared before the closing of indian operation. Tull date we were living with a hope but the employer is making an excuses that they are fighting with korean management to pay to us. Please help.me out from this situation.
