Increment & Experience Letter Not Giving

I am Bhavna worked as a Assistant to Instructor in Kumon Ahmedabad for around 2 years. As per company policy I was supposed to get my 2nd increment from January 2017. But they delayed it and informed us that in end of April we will receive 3 months of arrier which will be 30% of our Gross Salary.

Due to some reason I had to leave company by March end so I filed resignation with giving 1 month of Notice period as per company policy. They accepted it.

After that they hold my salary of February & March which they paid on April End. In that salary they didn't paid me arrier of around Rs.10000 & deducted few Leave without Pay and forced me to sign the acknowledgement letter by accepting the salary without arrier. If I don't do so they will not issue 2 months salary & Experience letter. So I had no option and I signed the acknowledgement.

But after completing all formalities they denied to give me Experience letter which is very useful for me. They have done this thing with one more colleague who also left job with me.

This company doesn't even pay Salary Slip even I requested they denied as per Private Limited they have to give salary slip. Earlier I had very bad experience of exploitation by management.

I have some proof of mail communication.
Therefore request you to please do needful to release my around Rs.12000 and an Experience Letter.
