did not got my relieving letter yet.

I have worked for skyes (Hyderabad) as customer representative and last working day was 11th july 2022. the company is not issuing me my relieving letter, when im trying to contact them they are not even picking up my call or replying to my messages. the Hr named deepak is putting aligations on me as in they have credited my amount in advance and now they want me to give them money. indirectly he is asking me for bribe to give my relieving letter.
