Dear Sir,
I was the employee of Damco solution pvt. ltd.
I left the organization 5 months back but till now i have not received my full and final amount.
I have sent emails many time to dispatch my F&F but all in vein.They are ignoring my all request to settle my amount.
Even though they are not serious when I told them to lodge the complaint against them.They don't have any right to hold my salary amount so long.
The company has the same attitude for all employee who leave the organization.Company will not provide the F&F amount until one drop the email
for registering the complaint or register the complaint.
I rquest,there must be a strict action for that company for repeating the same attitude so that they will not do for the other employees who leaves the organization.
I have the urgent and important need of my money as my father has to go under a surgery.
Now I am totally frustrated and lost all hope.
So please do the needful.I have so much expectation from your side to help in settling my claim amount as soon as possible.
I am also attaching the snap shot of all email trail that I followed asking for dispatching my F&F amount.
