i am dr.yogesh trivedi from pune.i applied for data entry job which is located in delhi.company name is hightechdatasolution.i paid online 3400 as security deposit fee. job is to write 550 pages in 21 days and i will get 22000rs.
as at the time of transferring money to you...no one has told terms and conditions.
terms and conditions you have given after taking money.
which is totally not acceptable to me.
as terms and conditions says...if i am doing less than 75% accuracy...as per your terminology...company will not give my security deposit back...that is totally ridiculous....as...i am human being..i will work day and night typing and you will not pay as well as company will take m security deposit...that not acceptable to me.
that they take money and at the time of taking money company is not giving terms and conditions and after money taking company giving me terms and conditions...that is forgery case.
i called to hightechdatasolution...they refuse to give my money back.
there is no bond or agreement has been sign between me and company.kindly help.
