Subject: Salary issue for the month of August 2016 and September 2016.
Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect I want to state that I am Sunita Devi DEO Shaala Darpan Project in KV OCF 29 Chandigarh, School Code 0160 would like to submit the following lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please:
1. I didn’t received Salary for the month of August and September 2016.
2. Sir/Madam, as on appointment letter it was described that the salary will credit in my account before 9th of every month, but from my joining I didn’t received my salary in time.
3. I completed my six month tenure in September 2016, but no letter of email regarding the promotion received from your side.
4. In the appointment letter another thing was described that the DEO will promoted into OA (Office Assistant) rank after six months. By this Salary will increase.
5. I didn’t received my EPF no. till date.

It is my humble request to do the needful for the same and credit my salary of two months to my account (August and September 2016).

I Shall be highly thankful to you for your consideration.
