Vide email dated 1-10-22 and subsequent reminder dated 10-10-22 requested for my blood report, urine culture report and sonography report to be sent by return email, till date I have not received nor heard anything. Though I have paid for those test I was not given the said reports during my stay in the hospital or at the time of discharge after several request. Once more I humbly request to send the aforesaid reports by return email.
