Sir,
Our Chairman, Mr. Raj Menda, RMZ Corp is repeatedly getting the Wrong SMS's on his Mobile number even after complaining to you and the authorities.
On 13.5.2017 he got Wrong SMS's for payment of Electricity bills from your BESCOM.
The details are as follows :
A/c ID No: 7630475000 for Rs. 959/-
A/c ID No: 0968744444 for Rs. 1,620/-
A/c ID No: 0978733333 for Rs. 1,004/-
A/C ID No: 4378733333 for Rs. 3,137/-
Even after several Verbal and written complaints you have not taken any action being lodged. We request you to kindly take strict action with the concerned consumer for wrong information to the department and also instruct your department to remove the Mobile Number of Our Chairman 984650 98451 immediately and do the needful.
