Respected sir/ ma'am,
This is a complaint regarding very high bill of electricity for the month of September 2023. I have a property of 1 bhk in Kothrud, pune. The usual bill is around 400-500. But this time I have received an average bill of 2950/- and for 2.1 months as indicated in the attachment. I have lodged complaint on the app 2 times but there's no resolution. I'm an aged person and I cannot visit the office now and then. Please address my grievance.
