I paid my electricity bill by the QR Code given in the Mahavitran Bill Hard copy, it directed me to Tpslqr@icici it accepted the given amount (1930rs) got deducted from my account, and it still showing due on the Mahavitran app.
I want my amount (1930rs) refunded back to my account.
Please look into this asap.
