Sir I Rabi Chandra patra beg to state that my connection is not working properly last 10 days up and down . sometime disconnected for one to two hour than connected automatically I am facing big problem at evening and night first I call the lineman no work than I meet assistants line man no work.again I call the line man but he didn't receive my phone I meet the lineman he didn't listen to me what I will do sir please do me this favour I am obliged to you thanks

the connecting wires of 6 houses got damaged due to normal wear and tear Due to renovation by your deptt. the service connections were connecged dangerously hanging overhead and taken by lineman or service men of contractors engaged by you, I lodged the complaint on 19th March,2021 U also met SDO, Jeypore on 26/04/2021 SDO is furious to receive my reminder and misbehaved HOWEVER, I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE MAKE IT CONVENEINT TO REPLACE DOMESTIC SERVICE CONNECTIONS TO THE NBEAREST POLE i WILL PROVIDE WIRES AS REQUIRED INCIDENTALLY , THE REASON OF SUCH DELAY MAY PLEASE BE INQHJIRED
