I have registered a complaint of voltage issue & There is continuous sparking is visible at pole in front of my house from the connection is made. i have called at different different time 3 PM, 5 PM & 9 PM at 3 August & multiple times at 4 August

I want to ask you that who will be responsible of any mishappening occurs
