Complaint against employees of AVVNL

I registered a complain for voltage fluctuation on 14th July but nobody came to check. On 16th July, the electricity completely went off.

After insisting a lot, few employees came to check in night but when we said that it's been 3 days since we registered the complain, they badly scolded at us and went away without resolving the issue.

My complain for electricity issue was made by the registered mobile no. 9784185418 with the name of Govind Singh Rathore 130124021908.

I want to register a complain against the following employees of the AVVNL, Sector 14, Udaipur:
Rajkumar, Pradeep, Bherulal, Chitra and Rajesh (AEN). They all should be terminated or suspended from their job for not taking the consumer's complain seriously and misbehaving.
