REGARDING BILL GENERATION OF ONE YEAR

Dear Sir,
It is regret to inform you that, i am senior citizen person facing a lot of problem regarding faulty bill generation from last one year.The last payment of Rs 1010 paid on 20.04.2015.After that suddenly it increased to huge amount, which is not being acceptable.Also i am not using any of the high voltages appliances like fridges,A.C,fridge,cooler,heater etc .So it is requesting you to please recheck my bills of last one year which is relevant as per the meter readings & accordingly generate corrected bill in next month.
