During annual checking the claim that the meter is running slow and we asked for the time/period from which date? They informed us that only meter testing laboratory can give this information. The laboratory report says the meter is working ok and you required to take L & T Report and the same should be acceptable to client. As per the L & T Report they could never be able to find the exact days of said tampering. Since M/s. MGVCL is not in a position to find the exact date from which the meter is running slow. We have given them the data of last 3 years consumption as per their billing. We have also provide daily reading taken by us for last 18 months.Unfortunately we do not have record for the month of April 18 and May 18. So Instead of applying 6 month thumb rule they should rely on our daily consumption record and based on that they can charge for April & May 2018 Just to solve the problem and avoid further mental disturbance to us.
