There are issues in Irregular and Wrongfully done meter reading as a result of which our electricity bills have been inflated exponentially.

We have been forced to pay Rs. 24000 in the previous bill of Month Nov/Dec.

We do not have an A.C., only 13 rooms with a few fans. The school only operates for a few hours and an 1.5 HP submersible.

There have been various errors in manual reading and Billing, which we have observed and can prove by providing the bills.

We have had to run from pillar to post, and were forced to pay 24000 last time.

Due to the manual bill counting, we have not even gotten the units billed as per fixed charges, and all our units have been billed as per full charge.

We request PGVCL to change the meter that is running faster than our actual consumption.

And to adjust the bill charged to us wrongfully by their personnel.
