SDE, Damra ESD, Dudhnoi, Goalpara, Assam, has been harassed and misbehave with the consumer. The consumer went for replacement of Transformer which has not working since last 20 days from the date of application. He also pressure public to pay the bill of due (amount). He gives several bills and misbehave to those person who has not paid bills. He doesn't have good relation to Village people and threatened to discontinue the service. Since we all are reside nearby National Highway 37 and a small market is running under this particular Transformer. Moreover that the SDE has give general connection to Welding and Fabrication Shop.

Our question is that-

1. Why should we bear 20 days without electricity & power?

2. Why SDE pressure to Bill Paid customer to release the bill of Non Bill paid?

3. Why to suffer for those who has not paid bill for a long terms?

4. Why they has not taken any action against those customer who has not paid bill for several month?
