Poor management of electrical wires.

Greetings of the day

I am Manoj kumar resident of #397 sector-25D chanfigarh, would like to inform you that there is very poor management of high voltage wires in our area. First of all we all are resident of chandigarh like other sectors resident, paying equal bill. but our sectors electrical work is handling by third party. They are highly unprofessional and irresponsible.
My concern is that my house is on corner side so high voltage wires has paassed through my house's roof pot hangers, wires are naked as well from some parts. The main pole having high voltage current is just in front of my house which caught fire last night. We remain awaked n out of house whole night due to fear.
I am requesting respected SDO to get this thing sort out because when i complained to the local electrical guy he told me to file a written complain to SDO in regard to place new poles for the wires. But my question is this that this is their responsibilty to do this, why should I write a letter to remove those wires from my house as i could remove those pot hangers from the roof . I didn't do that beacause on humanity basis. If i do so the wires will come on hanging position and can risk to somebody's life.
On the other side its my whole family's life on stake because my eqrlier my house n my neighbour's house was having electric shocks due to this. Please do something before some big accident take place.
