Myself Mr.Kuldeep.Dilip.Chavan S/O Mr.Dilip Shankarao Chavan faced lot of issues with the bill charged by MSEB(MAHARASTRA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD)

our village house which address is mentioned above was not in use for many years,when we started using our home from april 2014.Later since May 2014 most of the time house was not been completely utilised as everyone in the family are working and we  only use our house to get sleep of 8 hours ,we do not use heater,press iron,Microwave,Air conditioner,T.V.,washing machine or any other electricity appliances which may consume heavy electricity only things which we use are 2 fans maximum 8-9 hours not necessary daily and 2 CFL bulbs maximum 2- 3 hrs in evening and refrigerator which is 24 hrs ON.

Initially till december 2014 we were getting our bill in negetive which we enquired in office they said you should not pay if bill is in negetive and as we were not utilising our house till  then we didnt find it odd as no one was staying there.We started utilising that house in april 2014 and since then all of sudden irrespective of all these precautions in january 2015 we were charged bill of 9,410.00 and we were made to pay it else we were told dat electricity would be cut off,even after paying our previous  bill we were consecutively charged with heavy bills. I would kindly request you to please HELP US with respect to this as we are an office going low income people and we do not have time to deal with the kind of bill you charge us even if we are using so less electricity while we are being so carefully using our electricity.i want to know the reason why have we been charge so much all of sudden?? and why is our light bill coming so big numbers while it should not exceed 500-800 rs per month(calculating from bill calculator)??
