Gud morning sir/madam i m from bihar distt west champaran narkatiaganj hardia chowk we are facing problem from last 3 months NBPDCL electricity company they didnt provide electricity properly hardly they give 4 to 5 hours in 24hrs,also bihar govt didnt give kerosine oil so in night we r facing problem we hve to survive with candle but there is rule if kerosine oil is not providing then u cant cut electricity in that time . i don't understand why these companies r doing this there is no problem in any grid on wire but still they didnt provide plz look into this matter and solve this matter as soon as possible.
