Excessive and continuous power cut in Old Exchange Road, Sitamarhi

It's been 2 months I came from Delhi/NCR and I found out more than 25 times continuous power cut issue for like 12 hours or more exists in my area & whenever we complain we get silly excuses. Not acceptable. Please look into the matter asap. I have to work via WFH mode and it's very difficult to work when you don't have water for like so many hours and many times can't even sleep by this issue. It's every now and then some issue occurs to your company's electricity board. I hope you will resolve it soon. Thanks
