Dear Sir/Mam,

It's seems that Siwan Electricity Board officer's are sleeping. They don't took interest to resolve the issue. From last 40-45 days there is huge power cut in Nautan,Siwan.
We are regularly took follow up but there is no solution...
I think thats the reason why Bihar is backward since last many year.
Everyone is lazy and irresponsible.
