My self Bireswar Pakira, My Consumer Id is 501457213. I am facing a problem for no power since 17-04-
2018. I have complaint on 18-04-2018 & docket Number is 14956458 for NO Power, but our local electric
office Jangalpara Bazar without verifying my problem close the docket on 21-04-2018. So I have
complained again on 23-04-2018 & Docket No – 15120488 for no power, they have attained on 24-04-2018
morning and told me that " Your cable is defective now, after purchasing a new cable inform to our office,
then only we are solving your issue".Kindly noted that my cable is faulty due to heavy cyclone.I have taken the connection on January 2017, about 1 year and 3 moths and now my cable is defective. So
that my local electric office Jangalpara was given me the cable very poor quality. But I have paid for my
new connection Rs.5928/- for extra load Computer, Fridge etc.
