Meter reading Photo not showing on Electricity Bill by Reliance Energy

I have observed that almost all electricity distributer & gas distributer showing photograph of meter reading except Reliance energy, and I think it's should be mandatory to display photograph of reading on electricity bills to avoid cheating by service provider and it's may maintain transparency between Customer & service provider.
