I, Dipesh P Gala, a residential consumer of TATA POWER , having consumer Number 9000 0032 6475, wish to complaint for a highly wrongly inflated bill.I am putting the facts which are quite logical and explanatory.

In July i recd a bill where in they stated that after unlock 1 they started meter reading, and on 12/07/20 my meter reading was taken and it was 40190 units. So the consumption from 13/03/20 (last meter reading done- units was 38517) to 12/07/20 was 1672 units (40190-38517).
For a period of 4 months of extreme summer the consumption was 1672 units.

In Aug, i recd bill whereinthey are stating that my consumption from 13/03/20 to 13/08/20 is 3670 units (42186-38517), so they are implying that i consumed 1996 units inthe month of august (Aug reading 42186-40190 - july reading).
In 4 months of summer (Mar to Jun) consumption is 1672 units and in one month of rainy season (AUG) (very limited use of AC) consumption is 1996 units.

And my historic data also shows my usage details, to sum it up there has been a huge error in my bill and i want register a complaint and request the concerned authorities to please send me a revised bill and if need be please check the meter for faults if any.

    I paid Feb 2022 electricity bill of amount INR 1210 through QR code printed on the bill. The payment went to some Tpslqr@icici and not to Mahavitaran. The bill is still showing due against my consumer no. Kindly help
