Hello Sir,
I am Living in Vihana Society KeshavNagar Pune. in Rakesh Shinde's Flat. My electricity consumer ID is "170565938617/4603".
My story is: I left my flat in Mar 17, 2020 due to covid-19 situation getting worst in Pune and switched off all the electricity equipments of my flat A-706, Vihana Society, KeshavNagar, Mundhwa, Pune.
I am getting bills for each and every month more than 500 which i have paid for last 6-8 months without using single unit.
I have complained ustomercare@mahadiscom.in but no response. I called on the call center but they are just puppet having 0 knowledge of units. they said you have to reach out to the hadapsar subdivision and raise your complaint, we can not do anything from the call.
In the covid-19 not possible to reach out to the Pune hadapsar office as I came to my native place.
My question how i am getting charge without having single unit consumption as i am not in the flat. I have paid almost 5,000 and complained it but no response from their end.
If I am not paying the bill it will charge more for crossing due date...
Please suggest what i need to do.
