I have received a bill of INR 40,890.00 for the month of July 2020.. The bill is too high and I don't see any logic behind this bill. In January 2020, MSEB gave me the bill of INR 28,760.00 and at that time I paid the bill because the senior officer told me that all the bill after January will be logical. However, after April 2020 they again started sending me high bill (which I didn't paid as yet) and all limit was crossed when they charged me approx 41k in July 2020. I need your help please in this
