I hope my email finds you good in this testing times. I write to bring to your attention, the constant interruptions in the Power Supply in the residential area - Ravet, Pune 411044.

Post lock down situation, the situation of power supply has been worsen day by day. On an average there is a power failure for about 6-10 times in last 30 days ranging from a span of minimum 20 minutes up to 4 hours.

As said so far, this situation results hurdles the daily lives of a lot of local residents including the sick and elderly. It poses an uncertain challenge for the people forced to be working from their homes amid the Covid-19 circuit.

I request you to please look into this matter at earliest or else we would like to evaluate other alternatives to improve your services and make our lives better.
