Due to non payment of 5k from the previous tenant they sent an inflated bill of 15k more the first month we took possession, I complained they said they'll look into it, second time they sent A bill of 40k complained and explained how we didn't have any appliances for that much use ,was asked to wait. Then they sent a bill of 62k . Which is not possible
