Meter faulty since last 6 months, but irregular and extra bill is generated every month.

My flat's electricity meter is faulty since last 6 months and I've filled 4 requests or complaints to MSEB Board Chinchwad for same. I've talked to Engineer and Ass. Engineers for same but no remedy is provided.

At same time, every month they are charging me extra bill though I've paid a regular bill for first 4 months and since last 2 months, flat is empty and no electricity usage but board has sent me 1000 Rs bill.
