I Live in Virar on Rent my New Meter coming in Nov 17. and MSEB bill coming from Jan 19. in 14 month no bill rcd to me.than i going to MSEB in June 19 with my reading 1448. Than bill is coming but not correct with Unit Rate, So Please help
