Fraudulent transfer of metre without NOC

I, Barun Singha Roy, residing at 15, MG Road, Krishnagar, Nadia, Pin 741101.

The metre was under the name of my grandfather Hirendra Lal Singha Roy at the above said address, but after he passed away, my uncle Tapan Singha Roy got the metre transferred to his name and now not letting me use freely, even though I'm willing to install submeter and pay my own bill, he is not letting me do that and asking me to get a whole new metre on my name which is legally not possible since our property is not yet seperated. So, I'm in trouble as I stay on first floor and need the water pump but he is not allowing me to use water pump as that will cause him higher charge on per unit. He is not letting me repair the submeter either.

My complaint against WBSEDCL is how did they allow my uncle to transfer the metre to his name without other legal heirs NOC?

My Grandfather: Hirendra Lal Singha Roy left 6 heirs (3 sons and 3 daughters) and the property is still under grandfather's name, it is not yet seperated. So, I believe WBSEDCL needs NOC from all the legal heirs before transferring the consumer name to my uncle : Tapan Singha Roy.

I don't even know my consumer ID as the bill comes to my uncle's name and he is not showing the bill.
Please search the consumer details with address mentioned above on the first line.

I sent email to WBSEDCL but no acknowledgement received.


I tried calling 03472 252 918 the number given for Krishnagar town on WBSEDCL website but it seems to be an incorrect number.
