Cesc electricity bill not delivered to resident address

I Animesh roy bearing consumer number 29186035003 cust id 29000879808 resident 32/h/18/4 mahendra roy lane kolkata 700046 having issue of not receiving the hard copy of cesc bill in my resident. Today its 14th of the month and due date is 15th but till date i have not received the bill. I have called the customer care regarding this matter and also email cesc but they have not taken any action regarding this.
I have received a message before 5 days that the bill will be delivered to my address within 3 working days but it was not delivered to me and the number mentioned on the message of the courier company was also invalid.
The courier company was not working according to the mark and for that reason we the consumers are suffering.
Cesc was a big brand hope these type of problems will be rectified by the management and we consumers will get good service from the company. Apart from these our private confidential bill was also delivered to other persons which was also illegal according to law.
Hope the management will give a proper resolution to me about these matter.
