I Avishek Agarwal, S/o - Renu devi Agarwal residing at Chinakuri Village, Post - RRC, Dist - Burdwan 713372, West Bengal, Consumer ID No. - 513094685
Want to draw your kind attention towards the excess bill problem facing from more than 2 years. Starting from 27-06-2014 to till date. via complain No. 314022712 on 27/06/2014 & 35903678 on 13/11/2014.
I have given written applications 2 times but I have not got any kind of feedback.
After lots of complain from our side to the Barakar division no resolve has been done and it was hard for me to find time from my Job to visit Electricity Office, Barakar every time.
I have paid all the bills via online mode.
Finally on 15/04/2016 Meter was changed with Meter No. L4570318 and I have find that on 10/06/2016 the unit consumed was too much high with 303 unit.
As we only two members stays at small home occupying only 2 rooms.
So, once again on 04-05-2016 I visited Barakar Electricity Office but than also no action has been taken. And boundly I had to pay the bill again of the New Meter One. As no resolve has been done from Barakar Division Side and once again I have claimed for Meter defective via application Received No. 1171
Please Sir, Its a kind request from my side to take some immediate action and help me out as I am not able to pay the access bill of Rs 2422 of Sep, Oct, November month
I have already paid the new meter bill of Rs 2388 of June, July, August month (August month yet to be paid).
No action is being taken from Barakar division and I am not getting leave from my JOB to visit Electricity office again and again.
Please take this mail in top priority and give your kind feedback as soon as possible.
