I am writing this mail with my deep regret that after several follow-up with MSEB people, still they are not taking any action for my complain against subject mentioned issue.
A massive figure of bill amount(Rs.2,120)I received against Nov21 whereas nobody is staying at the respective residence during last 1 year.
For rectifying the bill, I grumbled to the customer care number(1800 233 3435) on 22-12-21(complain #0000022713269)
I have been informed to raise an application to MSEB office also,
As I am staying in Mumbai and the issue is going on for my pune residence hence it is very difficult to visit substantially to pune MSEB office.
Even though I visited MSEB office (Pune Banner) on 28-12-21 and raised my the complain(Pls. find attached the proof)
Also pls. find below how I treated in the MSEB office at the time of recording my complain :
1.After hearing my matter the MSEB clerk said that I have a faulty meter (w/o any official visit)
2.Whenever I demanded for checking my meter the staff tutored me that they don’t have enough staff to visit the meter box hence I have to take the photograph of my faulty meter.
3.I requested them that the meter box of my residence is placed in a complicated position to perceive but they didn’t cooperate with me by providing any official to check the condition of the meter.
4.Then I check at my own and captured the photographs and gave them as per their instruction.
5.MSEB clarks took my complain and told me that problem will be resolved very shortly.
But after spending almost five month (Visit MSEB office on 28th of dec 2021 and today is 4th May 2022)the problem still not resolved.
