i am living at kankavli sindhudurg district.in august i was change my temporarily meter to permanent meter .after that 1st month bill is nil then ,oct 55 unit. nov 66 unit.dec 22unit approximately.after that december to january they send me bill of whoping 10160 ? 953unit.
