False bill and bribe and harrasment from BSES and presenting false bill

This is a case of bribe and harrasment from BSES and presenting false bill.I stay with my family in new mahavir nagar and we don't get along with our neighbour well and he has been finding all sort of ways to put complaint against us no matter wether they are invalid.Some days ago we recived a letter from BSES that we have been unauthorisedly using our only meter for domestic and residential use.I don't understand that we stay in a domestic/residential house and we don't run any commercial business so how my meter use has been unauthorised.Also all the connection has been fixed through BSES people only.I surely know that this was a false complaint lodge by our neighbour AJAY SATIJA by giving bribe to the officials.They made a bill of 123000 since last year oct 2015 till aug 2016.I have seen Ajay giving bribe to these 4 guys but that time i did not realise that it was against us.We have filed a complaint against Ajay for physical assault already and that is the reason he is taking revenge on us.I don't understand how these official work.I get my bills every month.I pay my bill on time and my meter gets checked timely so how come no one noticed any unauthorise use all this while.How the modi govt is supposed to end corruption if this has been happening.Recently 2 people from BSES came to give the bill again and when I asked them show me where is the unauthorise use they said your meter is correct and they didn't seem to know anything about the connection.We have already filed an objection at BSES office and we are still awaiting any reply.This is a harrasment and I would definetly take it higher if it is not dealt.
